As we step into 2025, I’m thrilled to unveil the next chapter for SevenRooms: a refreshed brand that reflects our unwavering commitment to you—our customers.
This transformation celebrates what makes your work extraordinary and is a step forward in our mission to empower hospitality businesses to drive deeper connections with their guests.
Since 2011, we’ve partnered with thousands of operators worldwide—from fine dining to local favorites—providing innovative tools that empower restaurants to create unforgettable dining experiences. This brand refresh reflects not only our growth but our commitment to helping you create moments that matter.
As our Creative Director, Mark Gardner, put it, “A brand isn’t just a logo or a color palette. It’s the feeling people get when they interact with you—whether it’s a sense of trust, excitement or belonging. The best brands create an emotional connection, making people feel understood and valued. Our new design system puts our customers at the center of our brand, enabling us to highlight the extraordinary experiences they create.”
This refresh doesn’t change who we are—it simply sharpens how we show up for our customers. From London to Sydney, New York to Los Angeles, our focus remains the same—supporting you and the incredible businesses you’ve built. After all, this is your brand as much as it is ours.
You may or may not know that “SevenRooms” was inspired by the idea of the “seventh room”—a space where guests feel seen, known and cared for. It’s the ultimate expression of hospitality, where connection meets comfort.
Our new logo brings this concept to life with a modern, abstract design of “7R,” made up of seven distinct compartments, or rooms. It’s a symbol of what hospitality businesses deliver every day: personalized experiences that make every guest feel like they belong, celebrating the individuality of each business and the meaningful connections they create.
At SevenRooms, our customers take center stage. That’s why our updated visual identity is rooted in simplicity: an elegant black-and-white palette that complements every type of venue, from elegant fine dining establishments to vibrant nightlife spots and everything in between. The understated design allows your story and brand to shine, keeping the focus on the exceptional guest experiences you create.
At its core, hospitality is about human connection—and that’s the foundation of our brand. From the authentic imagery we share to the stories and words we use, everything is designed to reflect the raw, human moments that make this industry extraordinary.
Beginning February 4th, our new brand identity will debut on our redesigned website and across all of our marketing and communications channels. You’ll also start to see the new look and feel across the SevenRooms platform and reservation widget.
